We are Atlis Motor Vehicles. This investment website, investinatlis.com, is our official page for participating in our 2022 Regulation A round of crowdfunding.
Information we collect
Upon visiting the website, Atlis Motor Vehicles collects information about how users browse the website. This includes how the user arrived at the website, how long the user stayed on the website, the location that the user is browsing from, what browser and operating system the user is using, and any interactions that the user might have with the website while they are actively browsing the page.
Should a user decide to invest using the website, they will securely submit their name, address, contact information, and a payment method to allow Atlis Motor Vehicles and partners of Atlis Motor Vehicles to verify their identity as an investor and process their investment information and payment.
Cookies
Atlis Motor Vehicles uses cookies to collect a variety of information for different purposes. Here are examples of the types of information that we collect through cookies:
- Information related to your login so we can remember that you’ve logged in before or so you can stay logged in after you leave the website
- Number of visitors, the frequency with which the websites and apps are used, the pages viewed, the clicks made, and the total duration of use
- The name of the website visited prior to visiting our websites and mobile apps

- Whether you are a first-time visitor

The investment form on this site includes embedded content (e.g. images, forms, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
Customer information is treated as highly confidential at Atlis Motor Vehicles. We do not sell personal investor information for profit or otherwise. No unauthorized person or organization should ever have access to personal investor information, and access grants to customer information are held in high regard because of this. Authorized parties include and are limited to Atlis Motor Vehicles employees and investment campaign partners (payment processors, campaign platforms, etc.).
How long we retain your data
For users that fill out the investment form on the website, we currently send the personal information they provide in the form to a secure investment campaign platform. Payment information is not retained in our system as it is only sent to a PCI-compliant payment processing partner. Atlis Motor Vehicles does plan to copy, retain, and use personal investor information within the Atlis Motor Vehicles organization (which may also include partner organization systems) in the future. This information will be retained until a user requests for it to be deleted from the database.
What rights you have over your data
If you have invested in our official Regulation A campaign using the form on the website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we plan to use in the future to help provision an Atlis Motor Vehicles account profile for you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Data is securely sent to partner platforms for this Regulation A campaign. We store all personal investor information in a secure investment campaign platform database, and payment information is all handled by a verified PCI-compliant payment processor partner of Atlis Motor Vehicles. We reserve the right to copy and store any personal investor information collected from the investment form (name, contact information, address, etc.) to our own database in the future, which will be used to provision customer profiles.
Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this privacy policy at any given time. Please know that Atlis Motor Vehicles strives to keep personal investor data private, confidential, and secure.
